Shipping and Delivery Policy

We hope that you loved our collection. Before placing your order, kindly feel free to peruse through our shipping and miscellaneous policies related to your purchase from us.

 

Your purchase at glamly.com will be an acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Shipping as well as other associated policies.

 

SHIPPING:

We ship domestically from Ludhiana, India.

 

We offer complimentary courier services on all domestic orders/purchases above INR 1,000. For orders/purchases below INR 1,000 will be charged on actuals.

 

Kindly ascertain that your complete shipping address along with a working phone number that our courier company can call at the time of delivery is filled in correctly. All shipments returned to us due to an incomplete/invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee. Glamly is not responsible for return-to-sender fees and the client will be subject to paying the courier fees for resending such an order. In order to avoid the above, kindly ensure that all your information is correctly filled out before finalizing your order at check out.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send orders/purchases to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Once your payment has credited, domestic ready-to-ship orders/ purchases would take 24 to 48 working hours to process, which is 1 to 2 working days. Once your purchase is dispatched, domestic couriers would take a minimum of 3 working days and a maximum of 7 working days to reach their destination. When your order is dispatched, a tracking number would be emailed to you for tracking your courier.

 

Any unprecedented discrepancies or delays in your order would be intimated on your registered email address. Kindly keep a check on the same for more information on your purchase.

 

We do not dispatch on weekends and national holidays.

 

Orders placed after 4pm on Saturday may not be processed until the following Monday.

If you are facing trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, kindly contact us on care@glamly.com while referencing your full name and order number in the email.

 

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:

At Glamly.com we have 7 days returns/exchange policy. Returns/exchange is accepted if following conditions are met:-

  • Returns/exchange request needs to be within 7 days of the delivery of the product(s)
  • Please fill the returns form (https://www.glamly.com/apps/return_prime) for easy processing of refunds.
  • Please make sure that the returned item(s) is unused and unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Charges will be non-refundable. 
  • If the packet is received in damaged/defective condition, please notify us immediately and share the picture proof at care@glamly.com .
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Glamly.com. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code redeemable at glamly.com. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

EXCHANGE ORDERS 

Glamly returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Glamly for any reason within the 7 days return/exchange period. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

 If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

 Please note that we offer you an option to exchange items purchased by you on Glamly for same or different sizes of same style or for any other item of the same or different value from Glamly within the 7 days of exchange period subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

  1. a) If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you on Glamly against one order number, within 7 days of exchange period for the same size or different size of same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost only at one time. Exchange on same order number 2nd time is not acceptable.
  1. b) If you choose to exchange item purchased by you on Glamly for any other item of the same or different value from Glamly. In such case, if exchanged item is of the higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you and if exchanged item is of the lower value, differences in amount will be refunded to you post successful pick up of original item from you.

Item cannot be exchanged for multiple products and you are allowed to select single item for exchange. While customer can exchange multiple item at a time by initiating separate exchange request for each of the item.

If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self-ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.

RETURN/REFUND

Return and refund is not acceptable on products which is running in any combo offer or in cart level offer. However, we can exchange sizes, as per the availability.

How to return?

  • Visit Glamly.com and login to your account to fill up the return form (https://www.glamly.com/pages/return-exchange).
  • Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged.
  • Submit the form with all relevant & correct information.
  • Once we receive all details and are verified by our customer support team, reverse pick up will be arranged within 24-48 hours.
  • In case the reverse pick up service is not available at your pin code, you will be notified and requested to self-ship the product(s).

Guidelines to Self-ship:


In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us. An amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed for all the self-shipped returns as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.
