Glamly.com Shipping and Delivery Policy

Order Acceptance:

By placing an order on Glamly.com, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and other associated policies.

Shipping:

  • We ship domestically from Ludhiana, India.
  • Free courier services are available for domestic orders exceeding INR 1,000. Orders below this amount will be charged actual shipping costs.
  • A short video recording is required while opening your package for claims of incorrect or missing items immediately or within 24 hours after delivery.
  • Ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a working phone number to avoid delays or return fees due to incorrect information.
  • We cannot split orders and ship to multiple locations. Separate orders must be placed for deliveries to different addresses.
  • Domestic ready-to-ship orders take 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) to process after payment is credited. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email for your reference.
  • We will notify you of any unforeseen delays or discrepancies with your order via email.
  • We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. Orders placed after 4 pm on Saturdays may not be processed until Monday.
  • Contact us at care@glamly.com if you encounter issues tracking your package using the provided number. Include your full name and order number in the email.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Submit a return request form at link for faster processing.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will be rejected.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Notify us immediately or within 24 hours after delivery with photo/video evidence at care@glamly.com if your package arrives damaged or defective.
  • Items not meeting return policy requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense, with no refund issued.
  • The refund will be initiated once the returned products are delivered to our warehouse.
  • For locations not covered by reverse pickup, customers can self-ship the items to Glamly.com. A Rs. 100 coupon code will be issued for self-shipping costs upon successful quality check of returned items.

Exchange Orders:

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase from glamly.com for any reason, provided the item remains unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Free replacements will be provided for size mismatches or defective items, subject to stock availability.
  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, a different size of the same style, or a completely different item from Glamly.com within 7 days, subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
  • Only one exchange per order number is allowed within 7 days. Exchanges for size differences are permitted, but a second exchange on the same order is not accepted.
  • If exchanging for a higher-valued item, you will be charged the difference. Conversely, if the exchanged item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded after successful pickup of the original item.
  • Exchanges cannot be made for multiple products; you can only select one item per exchange request. However, you can initiate separate exchange requests for multiple items.
  • Self-shipped returns will only be reimbursed if they meet our return policy requirements, with a validated image of the courier receipt. Refunds for self-shipped returns will be initiated only after the items pass a quality check at our warehouse.

Return/Refund Exclusions:

Products purchased using combo offers or cart-level discounts are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, size exchanges are allowed subject to availability.

How to Return:

  1. Visit Glamly.com and log in to your account to fill out the return form: https://www.glamly.com/apps/return_prime.
  2. Select the product(s) you wish to return/exchange.
  3. Submit the form with accurate and complete information.
  4. Upon verification by our customer support team, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 24-48 hours.
  5. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will be notified and asked to self-ship the product(s).

Guidelines for Self-Shipping:

  • If your location is not serviced by our courier partner, you will need to self-ship the product(s) back to us.
  • A Rs. 100 voucher will be issued for self-shipped returns, redeemable on our website, subject to return inspection and quality check upon arrival at our warehouse.
