CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation must be completed within the first 24-48 hours after order confirmation or before order dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • No cancellation requests will be entertained after 48 hours or post-dispatch.

Payment and Refunds:

  • For cash-on-delivery payments, refunds will be processed via NEFT to the account provided by the customer.
  • For credit/debit card or online payments, refunds will be credited back to the original payment account.

Return Process:

  • Customers will be kept informed about the status of their return at each stage.
  • Upon validation of the return, a return authorization email will be sent.
  • A closure/feedback email will be sent upon completion of the refund process.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Products:

  • Notification of damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be received within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Glamly will not be liable for returns or refunds after 48 hours.

Refund Timeframes:

  • Online refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Cash-on-delivery refunds will be processed within 12 to 14 business days.
