CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation:
- Cancellation must be completed within the first 24-48 hours after order confirmation or before order dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- No cancellation requests will be entertained after 48 hours or post-dispatch.
Payment and Refunds:
- For cash-on-delivery payments, refunds will be processed via NEFT to the account provided by the customer.
- For credit/debit card or online payments, refunds will be credited back to the original payment account.
Return Process:
- Customers will be kept informed about the status of their return at each stage.
- Upon validation of the return, a return authorization email will be sent.
- A closure/feedback email will be sent upon completion of the refund process.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Products:
- Notification of damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be received within 48 hours of delivery.
- Glamly will not be liable for returns or refunds after 48 hours.
Refund Timeframes:
- Online refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
